What we are here for

Prism & Kettle is a culinary and confectionery lifestyle magazine about artisanal candies, botanical lollipops, and the craft behind extraordinary flavors. We celebrate patient making, thoughtful tasting, and the visual delight of sugar. We are a publication, not a candy manufacturer, retailer, or public cooking school.

The editorial desk

Our small Savannah-based desk brings together flavor notes, technique explainers, original vector illustrations, and playful browser tools. We separate sensory opinion from technical reference, avoid medical claims, and treat safety and clear ingredient labeling as part of good craft.

Send us a letter

Share a memorable pairing, ask an editorial question, request illustration permissions, or report an error. Write to letters.prismkettle@gmail.com . A descriptive subject line and the relevant article title help us review your message. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Our publishing approach

Flavor ratings are subjective editorial judgments, not scientific measurements. Illustrations are original artistic compositions rather than product photographs. We do not include affiliate sales links or paid product placements in this edition. If that approach changes, relevant material will be identified clearly.

Corrections and response times

We welcome specific, good-faith corrections and review safety-related concerns with care. We cannot guarantee a reply to every note or offer real-time cooking advice. We ask permission before publishing identifiable reader contributions. For information about correspondence data, read our privacy policy.
