Original articles, illustrations, layout, and branding belong to Prism & Kettle unless otherwise stated. You may read, link to local pages, and print an article for personal reference. Tools and cooking decisions
The tasting compass provides subjective suggestions. The stage guide and scaler are educational planning references, not a complete recipe, equipment specification, or guarantee of yield. You are responsible for checking measurements, ingredients, equipment, altitude adjustments, and the safety of any cooking activity. Read the kitchen notes before attempting sugar work.
